With jogging on a treadmill, are you bored? Or are your joints sore from high-impact jogging? These eight exercises are an excellent way to mix-up your workout and burn more calories if this is so.
If it comes to cardio exercise, running is many people’s”visit” exercise.
This is not a bad thing. Running doesn’t require equipment, burns plenty of fat and trains psychological resilience. It is also fun for a summer’s day.
With that said, it is not the exercise that is best if you would like to maximize your fat burn off. Consequently, if losing weight is your goal, you might want to think about including other types of cardio on your routine.
